Mong Son Limestone Mine is rated the best quality and has the largest reserves in Vietnam as well as South East Asia. The mine covers an area of 20 hectares and has reserves of around 10 million tons.
Mong Son’s Calcium Carbonate powder is of the purest quality with a CaCO3 content over 98%, making it some of the purest, whitest, and least abrasive limestone available globally.
The chemical composition and physical properties of Mong Son GCC powder is in accordance with the requirements of various industries such as, but not limited to Paints, Plastics, Paper, Color/Black Master batches, Adhesives, Rubber, PVC Cables, PP compounds, PVS/Plastics and so on...
Mong Son’s manufacturing facilities (2 factories) are located in Southern Industrial zone, Yen Bai province (GCC powder) and Thuy Van industrial zone, Phu Tho province – Vietnam (WGCC), install production capacity of 150,000 Mt/ annum.
